My approach is client-led and deeply collaborative. I recognise that every person and relationship is unique, so I tailor therapy to suit your needs, pace, and goals.

I draw from a wide range of psychotherapeutic modalities, including:

• IFS (Internal Family Systems)

• AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy)

• Traumatic Stress Approaches

• Psychodynamic and Systemic Therapies

• Mindfulness-Based Methods

• Narrative therapy

This integrative style allows me to respond to what genuinely supports each person’s healing, insight, and growth. My intention is always for the therapy room to feel safe, grounding, and oriented toward your wellbeing.
