Intimate Relationship and Couple Therapy

Relationships naturally evolve, and it is common for partners to experience periods of distance, frustration, or uncertainty. When communication becomes strained, couples may feel disconnected or unsure how to re establish closeness. External pressures—such as work demands, family responsibilities, and schedule challenges—can further contribute to emotional and physical distance. Sexual concerns may also heighten tension within the relationship.

Common Relationship Challenges

Couples often seek support for issues such as:

• Ongoing or escalating conflict

• Differences in sexual desire

• Decreased emotional or physical intimacy

• The impact and complexity of infidelity

These challenges can affect individual wellbeing and create uncertainty about how to move forward together.

How I Support Couples and Partners

I work with couples, intimate partners, and polycules to rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and restore emotional and sexual connection. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and focused on creating a safe space where each partner feels heard and valued.

Through open dialogue and gentle conflict resolution strategies, therapy supports partners in understanding relational patterns, identifying their needs, and fostering healthier ways of connecting.
